HAPPY ENVIRONMENT :
Every educator is aware that a school's culture is just as important to a student's success as its curriculum. More importantly, it significantly affects whether or not a youngster will love to learn. The difficulty of fostering a good environment beyond the discussion of whether our schools should become more goal-oriented and accountable for their performance. Making school a place where kids feel capable but challenged, where they work hard but love it, and where success is the end result but not the only goal. A teacher can add excitement and interest to the academic programme in a variety of ways. Children who may be having trouble keeping up with the rigours of the curriculum benefit from hands-on creative activities. The monotony of daily classroom life is reduced by mixing text-based learning with student-centred discovery and self-directed activities.
